We have been visiting Hot yoga for four years now. You cannot experience such intense sweating and stretching in any other exercise. The greatest benefits, which we feel after an hour and a half of practice and are anchored in the body forever, are increased physical performance and exceptional ability to concentrate.
I have been practicing hot yoga for three years and would highly recommend it. It changes and improves overall well-being, physical structure, and especially I am talking about the quiet focus during the day, I no longer have any problems with concentration and have enough strength for daily activities.
As a former athlete, who is still doing a lot of sports, I laughed to an acquaintance who runs marathons, she said this (hot yoga) is too hard … Of course, I did not take her seriously. I still remember my first hot yoga class, the studio was hot and humid, my heart was throbbing, the sweat was driping off me and I hardly coped. Above all, I was disappointed with myself, how hard it was for me and how awkward I felt. Not to mention the next day, when I felt all my muscles. On the advice of teacher Spela Palcic, I took classes several times that first week and quickly felt how energy flow charged my muscles and body. I felt reborn and soon became an addict to hot yoga.
Given that my whole life I have been active, dealing with all kinds of recreational sports and I tried a lot of exercise, I have to say, that in my opinion and experience, Hot yoga is definitely the BEST. Because the practice is active, you sweat and the skin becomes smooth, the tone of your muscles fantasticaly improves and you just feel great. I also got a lot of fitness and stamina, which I initially did not believe. Hot yoga definitely gives the best results in relation to other workouts. It’s super.
Why hot yoga? Because of the heat, which makes my muscles more flexible, for even greater concentration, you have to have, when you go to every posture and you really need to be here and now, by focusing on the breath, because of Spela, because I love the heat, because I sweat out all toxins and because after class, I just FEEL GREAT!
Hot yoga warms up your body from inside out and strengthens the spirit; teachers voice caresses your soul, after practice you sleep rejuvenating sleep … All this and more is for me Špela’s hot yoga. For sparkles in your eyes on colder days, there is simply no better thing!
