As a former athlete, who is still doing a lot of sports, I laughed to an acquaintance who runs marathons, she said this (hot yoga) is too hard … Of course, I did not take her seriously. I still remember my first hot yoga class, the studio was hot and humid, my heart was throbbing, the sweat was driping off me and I hardly coped. Above all, I was disappointed with myself, how hard it was for me and how awkward I felt. Not to mention the next day, when I felt all my muscles. On the advice of teacher Spela Palcic, I took classes several times that first week and quickly felt how energy flow charged my muscles and body. I felt reborn and soon became an addict to hot yoga.
