HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO PRACTICE?
Come to class as often as you can. Ideally, 5 times a week for the first two or three months. This gives your body a jump start, the maximum benefit. A daily practice can eventually relax into a regimen of 3 or 4 times a week. The harder this yoga is for you initially, the more you need to do it and the more you are going to benefit from it. Your investment will be returned to you tenfold.
