Given that my whole life I have been active, dealing with all kinds of recreational sports and I tried a lot of exercise, I have to say, that in my opinion and experience, Hot yoga is definitely the BEST. Because the practice is active, you sweat and the skin becomes smooth, the tone of your muscles fantasticaly improves and you just feel great. I also got a lot of fitness and stamina, which I initially did not believe. Hot yoga definitely gives the best results in relation to other workouts. It’s super.
