Hot Yoga – practice is suitable for beginners as well as for people with experience. The room is heated, which allows for better stretching, flexibility, sweating (detoxifiation) and reduces the risk of injury. Practise consists of 50 postures that you can customise to your current abilities. Be prepared to sweat.
Hot Flow – Vinjasa exercise is a bit more challenging as Hot Yoga – the pace is quicker, beginners are welcome (but exercise is not very suitable for beginners, beginners should first come to Hot Yoga practise). There is more emphasis on the upper body, it is recommended to be fit and to know the postures and proper alignment.
Yin Yoga – deeply affects the body, mind and spirit, the connective tissues (ligaments and tendons), fascia, joints and bones in the energy channels and energy flow to the nerve and blood-vascular system. We spend more time in the postures from 3 to 10 minutes, without muscle strain, using the force of gravity, allowing for deeper journey into your body and thorough relaxation. Practicing Yin Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, to all who need relaxation, calmness and well-being, and especially recommended for those who have excessive stress in the daily life.
